The plain-language rules for playing BPuzzle and using this website.

These terms apply to the Android game BPuzzle and to this website, both provided by Joshxto Games (Jose Luis Quispe Pino). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them.

1. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play BPuzzle on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Price and advertising

The game is free to download and play. It is supported by advertising (AdMob) and contains no in-app purchases. Advertising is a condition of the free licence.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not copy, redistribute, sell or sublicense the game.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Do not modify, cheat, or use the game to break any applicable law.
  • Do not interfere with the advertising services or attempt to block them artificially.

4. Local progress

Scores, records and level progress are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or change device, that progress may be lost. There is no cloud save and no account to restore it from.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. The game is offered "as is"; availability on Google Play depends on Google's own policies and technical requirements.

6. Third-party services

The game includes Google AdMob. Your use of that service is also governed by Google's terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its name, artwork, code and this website belong to Joshxto Games and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joshxto Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

9. Content rating

BPuzzle has a Google Play content rating of Everyone. It is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under 13.
